Description
All proceeds to benefit the Puffin Project, a part of the Seabird Institute in Maine, US, in direct support of their efforts towards seabird conservation.
Nicknamed the “clown of the sea,” puffins are known for their incredible diving skills and colorful beaks.
Puffins mate for life and have one chick per season, called a “puffling.”
Sadly, puffin populations are rapidly declining due to habitat loss, overfishing, and warming seas, forcing them to venture farther from their burrows to find food.
In the winter of 2026, the species faced a crisis known as a “wreck” in the North Atlantic, where thousands perished from starvation and exhaustion due to a series of bad storms at sea.
Puffins are an incredible addition to our oceans and attract thousands of visitors a year to Maine, Iceland, and the UK.
The bag is crafted in collaboration with Gelato, a print-on-demand service committed to sustainability.
